PIPA REFERRAL DISCOUNT
The 5% discount on recruitment fees is available exclusively to clients referred through the People in Paddocks (PIPA) platform. By accessing this discount, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility
The discount is available to new clients of The Lucas Group who have been referred via the PIPA platform.
You must mention the referral at the time of initial enquiry or project scoping.
To qualify, role must have a base salary of $100,000 or more (excluding superannuation).
Scope
The discount applies to full recruitment services provided by The Lucas Group under a retained agreement.
It is valid for one recruitment project per referred client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Exclusions
The offer does not apply to other project work, hourly consulting, or previous placements.
The discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or negotiated fee arrangement.
Payment Terms
Standard payment terms apply as outlined in The Lucas Group’s client agreement.
The 5% discount will be applied to the final invoice, provided the client has complied with the agreed project terms.
Right to Amend or Withdraw
The Lucas Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice, provided that commitments already made will be honoured.
