Geoff Lucas

Executive Director

Qualified in Agricultural Management, Geoff has more than 30 years of experience in executive recruitment, HR consulting and project management. Geoff is also an Agribusiness Representative for the Industry Skills Council of SA and a member of the SA State Council for Agribusiness Australia.

Tom Lucas

Managing Director

Gaining experience in production-based roles and through tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Business Management, Tom was a Trading Manager involved with cereal and pulse trading. In his role at The Lucas Group, Tom works actively on projects, providing specialist advice to clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Grace Marryat

Marketing Manager

Grace grew up in primary production and has a background working for rural & regional businesses. She executes brand development and strategy for farmgate businesses and has a keen interest in food security. Her strategic advice and bevy of knowledge leads our promotional campaigns for projects and ensures our network growth.

Adam Williams

Systems Manager

After completing tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Adam began his career in a generalist role in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Adam’s understanding of this stage of the agribusiness supply chain brings further knowledge of the agricultural industry to our team.

Luke Cuthbertson

Senior Consultant

Luke is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 15 years of experience, the majority of that in agribusiness. Luke has an unwavering commitment to transparency, honesty and integrity in his communications, building lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

John Lowe

Senior Consultant

With 25 yrs of recruitment experience, John’s true passion lies in agriculture. Growing up in the wheat and sheep belt of the Riverina and recently working in broadacre cropping, he brings deep industry insight. He is qualified in HR and is driven to create success one relationship at a time. He claims to be good at tennis – there is no real evidence of this.

Associate Consultant

Claudia brings exceptional customer service and administration experience to The Lucas Group team. She has a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates and enjoys learning and taking on new challenges.
