What will you bring?
The ideal candidate will have:
- Hands-on vineyard management experience
- A proven track record in leadership and team management
- In-depth knowledge of viticultural techniques and sustainable farming practices
- A connection to or understanding of South East SA's unique growing conditions
About the role
You will lead the day-to-day vineyard operations and reporting to the Director. Your primary goal is to produce premium quality winegrapes.
You'll be, nurturing the vineyard, and contributing to the rich tapestry of Australia's winemaking heritage. Your expertise will directly influence grape quality that goes into creating award-winning wines.
