Our client is a growing agricultural technology business providing practical technology solutions to improve irrigation management and water use across Australian agriculture.
We’re looking for a Territory Manager to develop new business across the southern Murray–Darling Basin, while building strong relationships with growers and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & implement a territory sales plan
- Build & manage a qualified sales pipeline
- Meet with growers, farm managers, agronomists & agribusinesses
- Grow existing customer base & new business opportunities
- Build relationships with industry partners & referral networks
- Represent the business at field days, conferences & industry events
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts & sales activity
- Work closely with technical, marketing & customer success teams
- Lead & support team members within the territory
About You
You’ll have experience in sales, business development, territory management or account management, along with a strong understanding of irrigated agriculture or horticulture.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience developing new business & managing a sales pipeline
- Strong relationship-building & communication skills
- Experience with agricultural technology, software or technical products
- Commercial confidence & strong follow-up skills
- Good CRM discipline & organisational skills
- Experience managing or supervising staff
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
Existing Murray–Darling Basin industry relationships will be highly regarded

- $140k - $160k base + super (experience dependent)
