Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tailored quotes based on client needs
- Build and manage a pipeline of new leads and opportunities
- Deliver technical support and communicate about product range to partners and customers
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and field days
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Provide 1st-level technical support
What You’ll Bring
- Customer service experience in a technical parts (dealership, retail or OEM) in the ag-tech, irrigation, spraying or ag machinery industry
- Knowledge of broadacre seeding/planting or spraying equipment and precision ag systems
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence specifying mechanical and electronic solutions
- Strong computer skills and experience with CRM systems
