The Role
As Service Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team in Kadina. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and customer service, allowing you to make a real impact on the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing service team
- Ensure the service department meets profitability and customer satisfaction goals
- Oversee warranty processes and track work-in-progress
- Perform technical work and mentor team members
- Manage equipment maintenance and drive process improvements
- Build strong relationships with customers and resolve their inquiries
- Collaborate with the parts, sales, and admin teams
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar role in the agricultural machinery industry
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
- Experience with dealership management systems and warranty processes
