About the Role
This role plays a pivotal part in linking R&D to on-farm outcomes. You will:
- Design and deliver a program of field trials and demonstrations
- Manage third-party research providers and coordinate grower and consultant field days
- Translate trial outcomes to technical positioning to support product adoption
- Build relationships with growers, consultants, retailers, and industry bodies
- Provide clear, evidence-based presentations and insights to key stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Agricultural Science or related discipline (essential)
- Proven experience as an agronomist, with a depth of Ag chemical knowledge
- Strong technical knowledge of crop protection and broadacre systems
- Sound understanding of grower decision-making processes
- Ability to translate complex data, simply and persuasively
