About the Role
You'll be reporting all your successes to the Sales Manager while you develop and execute sales plans, drive growth and nurture relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
- Recommend tailored whole goods and Precision Land Management solutions
- Manage the full sales process for new and used machinery
- Learn and stay current through regular product training
- Record client interactions and sales accurately
About You
We're on the lookout for an experienced and motivated professional with a strong background in agricultural or heavy/capital equipment sales and a solid understanding of broadacre farming practices.

- Top-level communication skills - from the phone to the paddock
- Strong sales ability combined with a penchant for record-keeping
- A problem-solver, with sound ethics, a bright outlook, and a customer-first mindset
