About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive on-farm sales across Western Australia. You’ll promote a globally respected brand, develop trusted relationships with farmers and contractors, and deliver practical solutions that boost farm performance.
You’ll have the autonomy to plan your days and the backing of a collaborative, supportive team. This is an outcome-based role, no clock-watching, just results and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow market share by identifying new business opportunities and securing new customers.
  • Promote and sell premium agricultural machinery directly to farmers and contractors.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to delivery and aftersales support.
  • Conduct on-farm visits, product demonstrations, and equipment trials.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer data using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the national sales team to achieve shared goals and exceptional service.
  • Travel regularly throughout the region (approx. 40% of the time).

About You
  • Experience in agricultural sales.
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to new business development.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs and digital sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and willing to travel regularly across regional WA.
  • Current driver’s licence required.
