This is a full-time position with day shift hours of 6 am – 2 pm. (Some flexibility required)
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise production and warehouse teams.
- Manage rosters, production schedules, and workflow.
- Lais with Quality Supervisor to meet company quality standards.
- Coordinate receipt and dispatch of fruit.
- Drive productivity improvements and reduce waste.
- Promote a safety-first, positive team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in food or beverage production.
- Proven leadership in production or operations.
- Strong understanding of WHS and quality systems.
- Experience with ISO/GMP/Global G.A.P/HARPS/ICA02/38 will be highly regarded
- Great communicator and team-builder.
- Resilient, hands-on, and people focused.
