This is your opportunity to become the people hub of a busy horticultural operation.

Based near Katherine, NT, you'll coordinate HR administration, support seasonal employees throughout their employment journey, and help ensure the farm runs smoothly behind the scenes. Working closely with the Farm Manager, you'll play a key role in employee onboarding, compliance, workforce coordination and staff wellbeing.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Coordinate day-to-day HR and administrative activities across the farm
  • Manage employee onboarding, inductions, orientation and compliance documentation
  • Act as the site's PALM Welfare Officer, supporting seasonal workers from arrival through to their employment
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with workforce planning to meet changing seasonal labour requirements
  • Prepare reports and maintain HR databases
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and documentation
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Farm Manager and wider team

About You
You'll enjoy working with people just as much as you enjoy keeping things organised.
You'll also bring:
  • Experience in HR, administration or workforce coordination
  • Confidence working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Experience using HR systems or databases
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A current driver's licence
  • The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
