About the Role
- Oversee all daily pack shed operations, maintaining efficiency, quality, and compliance standards.
 - Manage and motivate a seasonal workforce, including rosters, performance, and workflow.
 - Uphold food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
 - Coordinate with growers, management, and logistics teams to achieve smooth throughput and timely dispatch.
 - Ensure the shed remains clean, organised, and professionally presented.
 
About You
- Proven experience in pack shed or post-harvest management (horticulture or agribusiness preferred).
 - Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
 - Flexible and reliable, with the ability to thrive during peak seasonal periods.
 - A hands-on approach and commitment to fostering a positive team culture.
