The Role:We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage logistics and lead a skilled team of pilots and ground crew. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with clients to plan and deliver services efficiently

Coordinate pilots and ground crew
-
Ensure compliance with environmental, and safety regulations

Manage inventory and equipment maintenance
-
Prepare reports and maintain operational records
The ideal candidate will have a background in agriculture ideally with managerial experience, strong leadership and communication skills. The ability to problem solve in a dynamic environment to optimise productivity. An intermediate level of computing skills is required to efficiently conduct the required duties.
