The Role
You’ll keep aircraft, people and jobs moving. As the link between clients, pilots and ground crew, you’ll manage scheduling, logistics, equipment readiness and compliance to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
Working closely with the Directors and Chief Pilot, this role suits an organised, calm operator who thrives in fast-moving, field-based environments.
What You’ll Do
- Turn client requests into work orders
- Schedule jobs with the Chief Pilot to maximise efficiency
- Coordinate daily logistics: product, loading, refuelling and turnaround
- Be the go-to contact for clients and operational staff
- Oversee ground equipment readiness and maintenance
- Maintain safety, OHS and compliance records
- Support team training and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Operations or logistics management experience (agriculture or similar)
- Strong planning skills and ability to juggle multiple jobs
- Chemical certification
- Clear communicator who stays calm under pressure
- Practical, hands-on mindset with a strong safety focus
- Solid computer skills for scheduling and reporting
