Our client, a vertically integrated national horticultural business, is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and improve strategic outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
As National Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role, leading and embedding a culture of continuous improvement, while managing complex, cross-functional projects of national significance.
You will have the ability to engage the team around change, rather than dictate. You will coach, guide and lead cross-functional teams to deliver safer operations, improved quality, stronger responsiveness and sustainable productivity gains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development & implementation of a national continuous improvement framework
  • Plan, lead & deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Provide clear, evidence-based advice and recommendations to executives & governance forums
  • Develop performance metrics, dashboards & reporting to track progress and benefits

This role requires regular intra/inter-state travel.

About You
  • Significant experience in continuous improvement and project management roles
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business, management, engineering, project management, or a related discipline
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Agile, or similar
  • Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP)
  • Experience in large service-based organisations
  • A values-led leader, ready to work with the team, boots on the ground
