This role combines freight management, logistics planning and execution, inventory control, container export logistics, as well as customer and grower relationships in a dynamic agricultural environment.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate domestic and export logistics, including freight, deliveries, and stock management.
- Work closely with growers, carriers, grain storage operators, and customers to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Support commodity trading execution and customer accounts.
- Assist with export documentation, container port coordination, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor logistics performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to better operations.

About You
- Some experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain coordination OR experience in agriculture.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable multitasking.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for agriculture and working with growers and suppliers.
