This is a hands-on role, working closely with the Director to carry out and coordinate day-to-day farm activities during the establishment phase.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day farm operations and production activities
- Manage irrigation, plant health and crop care
- Coordinate seasonal staff and contractors
- Operate and maintain farm and agricultural machinery
- Monitor weeds, pests and diseases
- Support crop establishment and harvest activities
- Maintain basic farm records and contribute to improving day-to-day farm practices
About You
We’re looking for someone with experience in commercial lavender production, horticulture, floriculture or a similar production environment.
You’ll have:
- Experience supervising farm or horticultural operations
- Practical knowledge of irrigation and plant health
- Experience with pruning, weed, pest and disease management
- Confidence operating agricultural or horticultural machinery
- Experience supervising contractors, seasonal workers, or farm teams
- Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach
Relevant horticultural qualifications or equivalent hands-on experience with lavender will be highly regarded.
