The Lucas Group is proud to partner with a leading AgriTech company to recruit for this exciting opportunity. Our client is seeking a dynamic Head of Channel Sales to drive and expand partnerships through their distribution network.

About Our Client
At the forefront of transforming water management for livestock through cutting-edge AgriTech solutions, our client's mission is to empower livestock businesses with smart, sustainable water technologies that drive efficiency and productivity.

The Opportunity
The Head of Channel Sales will play a pivotal role in the company's growth, expanding the company's presence in the livestock industry and other verticals by building and scaling high-performing channel partnerships.
This role will ideally be based at Roseville, NSW, but it can be based remotely in QLD, NSW, VIC or SA with close access to a city or large regional centre airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to grow market share across agricultural distribution networks and other verticals.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market coverage in target regions.
  • Deliver channel revenue targets through effective partner management and sales execution.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and channel performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and product evolution.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will possess:
  • Demonstrated experience developing and strategically managing channel partner relationships, and reseller & distribution networks
  • Strong knowledge of the agriculture industry and ideally livestock production and AgriTech applications
  • Strong commercial acumen & negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive level channel partners
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and project management tools

This role requires regular intra/inter-state travel.
