At the heart of their operations is a 45,000mt on-farm grain storage complex equipped with sealed silos, an integrated handling system, and cloud-based stock management tools.

The Opportunity
As the Grain Site Manager, you will oversee all operations at South Bunarba Agriculture's modern 45,000MT on-farm grain storage facility. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Autonomous management of grain storage and handling functions.
- Coordination of resources, logistics, and operational activities.
- Oversight of harvest staff and systems performance within the complex.
- Implementing and enforcing workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Recording and prioritising maintenance tasks and breakdowns
About You
- Previous experience in bulk grain handling and harvest logistics
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
- A willingness to take on new challenges and engage in professional development
- Current and valid driver's license
