Based in Horsham, you'll manage grain procurement, grower relationships, contracts and logistics across the Victorian region. Working closely with the National Procurement and Trade & Marketing teams, you'll secure quality grain and deliver strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong grower relationships
- Source, negotiate and contract grain within commercial parameters
- Coordinate transport, storage and receivals
- Monitor crop forecasts, supply and stock positions
- Work closely with QA, Operations and Export teams
- Represent the business at grower and industry events
- Ensure compliance with GTA, safety and food safety requirements
About You
- Sound knowledge of grain markets and pricing
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to perform under pressure, particularly during harvest
- Agriculture, Grain or related qualifications are desirable
