About the Role
As General Manager, you will lead all key business operations , including:
- National business strategy and planning
- Risk Management financial performance and reporting
- Team leadership and development
- Oversight of sales, marketing, parts and three regional branch managers
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational, financial, and people management across the business
- Implement growth strategies and contribute to national business planning
- Drive sales performance and ensure outstanding customer service culture
