Key Responsibilities
As the Financial Controller, you will work closely with the business owners and lead all financial management activities, including:
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and financial reporting
- Supervising a small finance and admin team (2–3 staff)
- Overseeing Xero, Castaway and agricultural platforms
- Providing financial modelling, loan analysis and investment insights
- Building strong relationships with banks, auditors and industry partners
About You
- CPA or CA qualified
- Experience in financial control or management accounting in SME environments
- Strong Excel and Xero capability
- Skilled in financial modelling and loan amortisation
- Experience leading small teams
- Understanding of agricultural operations and seasonal cycles
