This is a senior, hands-on leadership role focused on production performance, operational efficiency, and sustainable farming systems. You will manage livestock and cropping programs, lead a capable farm team, and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise.

- Fine Merino RWS-certified wool
- Carrying capacity ?30,000 DSE
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day livestock and cropping operations for productivity and profitability
- Lead seasonal planning, budgets, forecasting, and reporting
- Drive best-practice animal production, pasture management, and cropping systems
- Lead, train, and develop farm staff and contractors
- Maintain infrastructure, machinery, and asset performance
- Implement continuous improvement and sustainable farming practices
About You
- Proven experience in mixed farming management (sheep, cattle, cropping)
- Strong understanding of Merino or wool production systems (preferred)
- Practical leadership style with strong communication skills
- Commercial awareness and sound operational decision-making
- Solid mechanical aptitude and machinery management capability
- Skilled working dogs
- Agricultural qualifications, ChemCert, or Lifetime Ewe Management (advantageous)
