Mawallok is a 2,750ha property near Beaufort running a fine Merino RWS-certified wool enterprise, as well as beef and cropping operations. This is a working farm that hosts international leaders from the fashion, food, and fibre industries. It features:

Two full-time gardeners manage the grounds so you can focus entirely on the farm enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sheep, cattle, and cropping operations for productivity, quality, and sustainability
- Lead seasonal and financial planning, budgets, and reporting
- Build capability through training, mentoring, and team culture
- Maintain high standards across property, plant, and equipment
- Represent the station to guests, partners, and the wider business
About You
- Proven experience managing mixed livestock and cropping enterprises
- Understanding of Merino wool and sustainable practices
- Strong communication skills and practical leadership style
- Business acumen with sound mechanical knowledge
- Well-trained working dogs
- Qualifications in Agriculture, ChemCert, or Lifetime Ewe Management (advantageous)
