Key Responsibilities
- Lead all cropping operations from planning to harvest.
- Manage and develop farm staff and contractors.
- Ensure workplace health and safety compliance.
- Oversee machinery, infrastructure, and maintenance.
- Maintain records and support farm planning.
Skills & Experience
- Proven farm management experience
- Thorough knowledge of dryland farming practices
- Experience in on farm grain storage management
- Strong agronomic skills in dryland systems
- Confident with modern machinery and agtech
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and chemical certification
