Position Overview
As CFO/Company Secretary, you will lead financial and governance functions. You will also serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board, sitting at the centre of strategy, capital decisions and governance framework.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with the CEO and Board on strategy, capital allocation and growth execution
- Lead all financial operations with a focus on discipline, clarity and performance
- Own listed company obligations, reporting, disclosure and governance
- Shape capital strategy, funding, structure, and investor confidence
- Bring commercial rigour to growth initiatives, partnerships and market expansion
- Lift system capability, processes, controls and financial insight
Required Qualifications
This position requires a tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, or business, and membership of, the Institute of Chartered Accountants, CPA Australia, or an equivalent body.
About You
- Executive-level finance leadership experience (ideally in an ASX-listed environment)
- Strong knowledge of statutory reporting and corporate governance
- Proven capability across financial strategy, capital management and business performance
- Experience working closely with Boards and executive leadership teams
- The ability to balance commercial outcomes with governance discipline
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in investor and Board environments
