What You’ll Do
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
- Own WHS systems, training, risk management and a proactive safety culture.
- Improve policies, procedures, and admin workflows.
- Support operations, scheduling, and finance processes.
- Coordinate cross-team requirements to keep projects moving.
- Build a positive, productive and “can do” workplace culture.
What’s on Offer
- Based in Perth or York, WA (2–3 days min. per week in York required).

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are
- Experienced across HR operations, WHS, administration, or business operations.
- Highly organised with sound judgement and strong attention to detail.
- Someone who enjoys supporting people and solving problems.
- Confident working with researchers, field staff, leadership, and external partners.
- Familiar with agriculture, research, or field-based operations.
