The Opportunity
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in the company's rapid growth, working directly with resellers and customers in the livestock and agricultural markets. This is a remote position, ideally suited for candidates based in Northern or Central Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing corporate customers.
- Build sales opportunities & business expansion opportunities.
- Represent the company at ag shows, presenting & promoting AgTech solutions
- Develop new business opportunities for products & services in non-agricultural & non-conventional verticals
About You
- 2+ years DTC sales/business development
- Experience selling through reseller network would be an advantage
- Experience in animal health/rural merchandise or water/irrigation businesses
- Strong Queensland network with livestock producers
- Passion for & experience in agriculture sales & marketing & an interest in agtech
- Strong communication & presentation skills including documentation & record-keeping
- Ability to work independently & remotely

- Competitive salary package: OTE $150k (Base $90-110k + superannuation + sales commissions)
