Working remotely from Brisbane, the Strategic Business Development Manager will grow industry partnerships, build trusted relationships and lead strategic programs that deliver sustainable, long-term growth across Australia.
Key Responsibilties
- Driving national adoption of residential fire safety products through approvals, partnerships, and compliance alignment.
- Developing and delivering business development strategies that turn regulatory and policy insights into results.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with government, industry stakeholders, and strategic accounts.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver programs, technical support, and market intelligence.
- Spotting trends and opportunities to influence industry standards and expand market reach.
About You
- Proven experience in business development, account management or strategic planning (fire safety, security, real estate or related sectors preferred)
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, able to turn insights into decisions.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a small, high-performing team.
- Knowledge of Australian fire safety regulations and building codes is a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- CRM experience, particularly Salesforce, highly regarded.
