What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Farm Manager in day-to-day farm operations
- Coordinating crop production activities from planting to harvest
- Leading and supervising permanent and seasonal staff
- Ensuring safe work practices and smooth team performance
- Maintaining equipment, infrastructure and farm assets
- Supporting planning, logistics and operational systems
- Monitoring productivity, quality and operational targets
What we’re looking for
- Experience in horticulture or tree crop production
- Natural leadership ability and confidence supervising teams
- Practical, hands-on approach with strong work ethic
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced seasonal environment
- Current driver’s licence
