You’ll be responsible for maintaining the company’s tech stack, supporting integrations, and ensuring accurate data across departments. You’ll also play a key role in system improvements and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Xero, Cin7, Salesforce, Employment Hero, Starshipit, and 3CX.
- Monitor integrations, middleware, and data warehouse flows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with vendors and users.
- Document workflows, SOPs, and training materials.
- Support testing, UAT, and implementation of system upgrades.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Manage the company's IT service provider for MS365 and hardware
About You
You’ll be an IT-savvy administrator with a strong grasp of business operations. You enjoy solving problems, streamlining processes, and working with data.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in systems administration or support.
- Strong experience with Xero, Cin7, and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, middleware, and reporting tools (Power BI).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Understanding of inventory, purchasing, and logistics processes.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
