About the Role
You’ll lead day-to-day operations at the Katanning branch including:
- Machinery assembly and inventory management
- Oversight of branch, Sales, Marketing, Parts strategy and planning
- Financial performance and reporting
- Team leadership and development
What You’ll Bring
- Leadership experience at a branch level in ag machinery, ag services, ag tech or a related sector
- Strong machinery sales and marketing background
- Financial and commercial acumen
- A team-first, hands-on management style
- A systems-focused approach to continuous improvement
- A positive mindset and willingness to engage with the farming community
