The Role
You'll oversee all aspects of branch operations in Wagga Wagga, from client relationships and sales to logistics and team management. This is a diverse role where you'll work directly with grain growers while leading a dedicated local team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client relationships and identifying product requirements for fumigation and chemical services
- Coordinating logistics inc. product ordering, transport, and delivery schedules
- Leading daily operations and providing first-line support for branch staff
- Overseeing administration, expense management, and supplier relationships
- Supporting field operations and service work when required
About You
- Current driver's licence and experience managing staff
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work with diverse clients
- Practical problem-solving approach with attention to detail
- Experience in agriculture, logistics, or related industries would be advantageous
- Comfortable with both office-based administration and hands-on operational work
